About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Golf Co-Ordinator to support the Head of Department, Senior Golf Managers, and Golf Project Manager. You’ll provide essential administrative, logistical, and guest-facing support to ensure smooth delivery of professional golf tournaments and events. This role offers hands-on experience in sports event management with opportunities to grow in the golf division. Who the Client Is This opportunity is with a leading sports event management organisation, well-regarded for delivering professional golf tournaments and corporate golf days. Known for its professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first approach, the company has built strong relationships with sponsors, rights holders, and stakeholders across the industry. What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for Pro-Am and Golf Day guests. Manage RSVP processes, event invitations, and guest communications. Prepare event collateral such as accreditation, vouchers, and tags. Coordinate logistics including deliveries, stock, and supplier timelines. Oversee storeroom management, stock control, and replenishments. Provide on-site support during tournaments, assisting with operations. Liaise with suppliers, branding teams, and internal departments. Contribute to post-event feedback and reporting for continuous improvement. What You Bring Strong administration skills with proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel, work overtime, and support on-site tournaments. What Success Looks Like Smooth guest experiences and accurate RSVP management. Reliable, timely delivery of logistics and event materials. Efficient stock and storeroom management.
