SPA THERAPIST MILNERTON - Atlantic Seaboard / West Coast (Western-Cape) - South Africa STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / January 2026 REPORTS to: Spa Manager / CEO EMPLOYMENT: Full Time TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 | 09:00 - 18:00 | 10:00 -19:00 | 11:00 - 20:00 Open / Close Shifts apply (must be flexible and able to work early & late shifts rotate) 1x Weekend OFF per month + Days in the week SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R6,500 - R8,200 Basic per month (Based on experience) Treatment Commission (10% from R1+) Retail Commission (10% from R1+) Incentives and performance bonuses MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology Reliable transport to Milnerton (MyCiti bus available) Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back Confident retailer - this is essential EXPERIENCE: Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is advantageous Confident working with VIP clients - able to offer a discerning service KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI): Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services (Body & Massage Therapy, Skin Care & Facials, Mani & Pedicure, Waxing) Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
