SENIOR SPA THERAPIST TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA) START: ASAP / 01 January 2026 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week Annual Leave REPORT TO: Spa Director / Spa Manager SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R12,600 Basic per month Service Commission Retail Commission Incentives & Performance Bonuses Employee Wellness Programs Gratuities (excellent earning potential) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist Confident retailer EXPERIENCE: Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa At least 5years in the spa industry as a professional spa therapist Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favourable Confident working with VIP clients - able to offer a discerning service KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
