Quality System Analyst

Babylonstoren's Quality Department is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality management, food safety, and system optimisation within a manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality and certification processes on the farm.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Education: Degree in Food Science or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in quality and manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organising, and execution skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- Results-oriented
- Effective employee relation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Ability to monitor and comply with safety rules and regulations
Responsibilities & Duties
- Document control
- Recordkeeping
- Corrective and preventive actions
- Implement and maintain systems with external bodies (e.g. FSA)
- Conduct internal audits
- Manage non-conformances
- Drive the implementation of core standards
- Drive the implementation of PRPs
- Drive the implementation of HACCP
- Ensure certification compliance
- Liaise with certification bodies
- Drive hygiene services within factories
- Analyse internal and external audit findings for trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive quality and continuous improvement programs
