Responsibilities

  • Capturing and processing customer orders and raising supplier POs.
  • Ensuring order accuracy, alignment, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely, correct order fulfilment.
  • Managing packaging and value-added service (VAS) requirements.
  • Maintaining updated order tracking and documentation on Swift and OneDrive.
  • Collaborating across teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and customer servic

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a sales administration, order management, or related role is advantageous.
