We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver complex cybersecurity projects. This 1-year fixed-term role offers the chance to drive meaningful outcomes from the start.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary cybersecurity projects, keeping them on time and on budget.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape and meet project requirements.
  • Develop clear project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor project coordinators to strengthen project management capability.
  • Manage project finances, including budget tracking and invoicing.


Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Project Manager, of which three years should be within advanced technical sectors, such as defense/security/R&D.
  • A post-graduate qualification or certification in project/technology/engineering management (e.g. PRINCE2/PMP) is mandatory.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of software/systems engineering, information security or cybersecurity
  • A proven track record in managing and delivering projects within highly regulated environments (e.g. public sector).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder dynamics and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Sound experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
  • Demonstrate systematic and structured approach to project management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of a project.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Analytical thinking for complex problem resolution.
