Senior Project Engineer / Solutions Architect

*About the Role:*

We are hiring a *Senior Project Engineer or Solutions Architect* with *10–15 years of experience* in IT infrastructure and endpoint management, specializing in *Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11 upgrades*.

This is a *client-facing* role requiring excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation experience. You will serve as the *lead technical advisor* for a major upgrade project and work directly with *US-based clients*, internal stakeholders, and project teams.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead technical delivery of Windows 11, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot upgrade projects.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for *US clients*.

  • Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.

  • Own implementation and configuration tasks across customer environments.

  • Provide guidance and best practices for modern device management and identity solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

*Required Skills & Experience:*

  • *10–15 years* of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or enterprise architecture.

  • Proven expertise in *Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, and **Windows 11 migration*.

  • Strong understanding of *modern workplace* and *zero trust architecture*.

  • Experience working with *Managed Service Providers (MSPs)* – *preferred*.

  • Prior experience working with *US-based clients* – *required*.

  • *Excellent communication skills* – must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104).

  • Experience working in a consulting or MSP environment.

  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools.
