Job Description:
Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving strategic decision-making and financial excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join a forward-thinking organization. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports, incorporating commercially sensible insights and analysis.
  • Support the timely and accurate preparation and review of group management accounts by contributing commercially sensible insights and validating data integrity.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial performance reports across business units, highlighting key trends and improvement areas.
  • Compile well-structured and timely budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Analyze cost drivers to identify key trends and provide actionable insights that support cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Support strategic decision-making by delivering timely and accurate financial impact assessments of key initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that enable effective scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and commercially sensible accruals, provisions, and correction journals.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and clear communication of financial insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, or a related finance role.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • SAP & Power BI (Advantages).
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive, reliable, and consistent approach to work.
