Are you ready to take your career offshore and into exciting international waters? We're looking for experienced Resident Engineers to lead the construction of world-class marine and port infrastructure projects across Southern Africa and Asia.

Join a global team of specialists pushing the boundaries in port planning, marine structures, and coastal engineering—where your expertise will directly shape the future of maritime infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities on major marine and port projects
  • Ensure design compliance, quality assurance, and cost control
  • Conduct on-site inspections and manage subcontractors
  • Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment certifications
  • Enforce health and safety compliance on site
  • Provide technical support and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead progress reporting and represent the project in regular meetings

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering or site supervision
  • Solid experience in contract administration and management
  • Professional registration (PrEng/CEng or equivalent)
  • Previous involvement in port, coastal, or bulk material handling projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering design and construction supervision
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
