Sales Representative

Location: Port Elizabeth

Basic Salary approximately R12k /pm + excellent comm structure
Full allowance; cell phone, laptop

3 Months' probation period

Seeking a passionate, results-driven salesperson. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for customers and nurture them through our sales process from start to finish.

Duties:

  • Generate and qualify leads via phone and email
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Promote products / services to new and existing customers
  • Preform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop strategy for more effective sales closing, share with team
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Prioritize and / or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Truck personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Previous sales experience in manufacturing, production or technical environments is advantageous
  • Driver's License and own vehicle essential
  • Physically fit and willing to work overtime / weekends (when required)
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices
