Job Description

To develop, enhance and maintain codes on relevant software to enable and sustain automation of business processes including providing on-going support to the Robotics Process Automation team during the various sprint phases.

  • Receives, interprets and understands the relevant RPA process specification document.
  • Develops, builds and implements new code according to specification to automate the relevant process.
  • Interrogates and questions specifications and content and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Assists the RPA team with User acceptance testing and provide ongoing support throughout the various sprint phases.
  • Reviews automated business processes to identify any changes and/or additional features/functionality in the business process.
  • Design, build and implement enhanced RPA code functionality to support additional features.
  • Identifies risks and provide input on possible solutioning.
  • Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
  • Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.
  • Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that leads to improved service delivery and quality.
  • Adhere to quality standards, turnaround times and Company policies and procedures.
  • Complete relevant administration, reporting and updating of information accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
  • Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
  • Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
  • Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
