We are seeking a highly skilled Automated CIS Testing Specialist to support and enhance

testing capabilities across core financial market systems. The role focuses heavily on the

Collective Investment Scheme
(CIS) value chain and requires strong expertise in automated

testing for system upgrades, market infrastructure changes, and operational processes prior to

production deployment.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of CIS related processes across subscriptions, redemptions, pricing, NAV, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases, automation scripts, and regression packs.


• Perform both automated and manual testing across end-to-end CIS lifecycle processes


• Validate system integrations, workflow transitions, and message exchanges (ISO standards, SWIFT messages, FIX/REST APIs).


• Ensure accuracy and stability of upstream and downstream system touchpoints impacting CIS operations.


• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution while ensuring full functional and non-functional test coverage.


• Assess operational and regulatory risks associated with CIS workflows and ensure readiness for production.


• Support audits, compliance testing, and change-control governance.


• Collaborate with operations, technology, change, and project teams to ensure successful deployment of system enhancements.


• Produce clear and concise test reports, defect summaries, and go/no-go

recommendations.

Qualifications


• IT Degree/Diploma/Certification (ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing certification advantageous).

Requirements


• 4+ years' experience in software testing within financial markets, asset management, or securities operations.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, scripting, and frameworks.


• Strong understanding of CIS operational processes, fund accounting principles, and settlement environments.

Technical Skills


• Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or

equivalent).


• Familiarity with SQL, API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), and CI/CD practices.


• Knowledge of financial messaging standards (SWIFT, ISO

Soft Skills


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.


• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
