Pro Project Machinery (PPM)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work well within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all incoming parts are quantity checked, correctly labelled, and placed on the appropriate shelf or pallet.
  • Report any discrepancies immediately to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Liaise with the Design Department to resolve any drawing or technical part issues.
  • Wrap and package parts efficiently to ensure proper protection in storage.
  • Prepare parts and drawings required by the Fabrication Team.
  • Follow all warehouse processes and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse at all times.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager (currently Graham Hitzeroth) with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience. Min 3 years.
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Experience with online platforms like SharePoint will be advantages.
  • Working understanding of Excel as well as good computer skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically able to handle warehouse duties.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.

Availability:

  • The position will be available from 5 January 2026.Application Process
