We're looking for a Content Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology and knows how to leverage AI tools to generate strong and polished client-ready assets. You'll be the final point of editing before client approval, ensuring quality, tone, and accuracy across a variety of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content production for blogs, knowledge centers, help resources, and digital channels, using AI-powered writing tools to draft content and refine it into polished, high-quality final versions.
  • Research, conceptualize, and adapt content for different industries and audiences, with a focus on the US market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs, brainstorm ideas, and deliver content that aligns with project goals and timelines.
  • Stay updated on AI in content creation, SEO best practices, and trends in digital content.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and AI-driven search (AEO).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of content writing or content management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to fine-tune AI-generated drafts into polished, engaging content.
  • Comfortable using and experimenting with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to boost productivity and creativity.
  • Experience writing for different industries; finance writing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Bonus: Experience writing for the US market
