Junior Digital Campaign Manager

The role of the Junior Digital Campaign Manager encompasses cultivating robust client relationships, orchestrating seamless execution of campaign requests, and providing insightful analysis of campaign performance. This role is integral in managing client expectations and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. Additionally, the position involves active involvement in conceptualizing marketing strategies, fostering collaboration across departments, overseeing campaign production, and driving sales of marketing products. Previous experience in sales and marketing is essential, along with the flexibility to travel to clients across South Africa as needed. This is a hybrid position requiring a self-equipped workstation with a personal computer and a reliable internet connection from home, with weekly in-person meetings at our Westville office.
Core Responsibilities:- Efficiently handle client campaign requests through iX's proprietary platform.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and our design team, ensuring precise execution of artwork according to client specifications.
- Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with client objectives and vigilant monitoring of campaign progress.
- Maintain meticulous oversight of task completion across departments, ensuring adherence to designated turnaround times.
- Skillfully manage client budgets, optimizing resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Perform day-to-day traffic management to ensure continuous progress on client campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign production.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Actively promote and upsell products from our marketing portfolio to clients.
- Conduct regular online meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress and occasionally hold in-person meetings for deeper engagement.
- Conduct in-person client visits at the iX office to foster stronger client relationships and provide personalized support.
- Provide support and guidance to team members during periods of staff absence.
- Possess a foundational knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Gr. 12/School leaving certificate is essential
- Diploma/degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
- 1 years experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management roles.
- Deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, metrics, and performance indicators, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving campaign goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, client preferences, and campaign requirements, while staying abreast of industry innovations and best practices.
