We currently have opportunities for Home Support Workers in the western suburbs, including K eilor, Essendon, Yarraville, Avondale Heights, Sunshine, Melton, Werribee and Moonee Ponds.

How you will make an impact as a Home Support Worker
You'll enjoy flexible hours, a small supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

  • Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
  • Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.
  • Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
  • Monitoring medication.
  • Scheduling and attending appointments.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.

What Your Compassion Looks Like
As a compassionate and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service – ideally with experience in the health or aged care sector – you will bring:

  • A warm and caring nature
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A positive and practical attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • WWVP Card WITH NDIS Endorsement
  • Medication Administration Competency
