Administrative Officer

Perform archives related functions and tasks related to collection, receiving, registering, filing, storing and extracting maintenance documentation in compliance to the SAAT procedures and approved instructions to support the CAMO services.
Principal AccountabilitiesPerform record control of aircraft documentation to support CAMO service offerings.
Co-ordinate and maintain departmental filing systems and ensure correct archiving of maintenance documentation and incoming documentation from other facilities.
Perform all reasonable tasks and general admin duties as required.
Check incoming documentation for completeness, register into the database and maintain an inventory using the MIS.
Covert documents into electronic media as required by scanning etc.
Create presentations on MS office package for management reporting
Facilitate document corrections and extractions by other Departments in accordance to the procedures
Prepare aircraft documentation from entry, during management by SAAT and at redelivery, while upholding a consistent high standard of professional service offering to all stakeholders.
Efficiently resolve enquiries directed to the department and escalate where necessary.
Qualifications & ExperienceGrade 12 or equivalent
A valid driver's license
Basic knowledge of MS Office Package, supported with a qualification
Good knowledge of SAAT as an organization.
Good communications skills (verbal and written).
Self-motivated
Have interpersonal skills
Basic communication skills.
Be well presented and customer orientated
