The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager based in Cape Town, South Africa
to drive new client relationships across the UK and European technology markets, while also engaging with leaders expanding into the US Federal space.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in
technology recruitment or consulting
, who thrives in international business and understands how to connect high-growth vendors with world-class talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to engage technology vendors expanding into the UK, Europe, or US Federal Market.
  • Build strong relationships with Founders, CROs, and Talent Executives across cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery and intelligence teams to deliver tailored recruitment and advisory solutions.
  • Represent NINE through virtual meetings, digital forums, and LinkedIn thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    talent advisory, recruitment sales, or professional services
    within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of international sales or market expansion — ideally between
    South Africa, the UK, and Europe
    .
  • A track record of building trusted client relationships and winning new business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a global outlook.
