In support of IMSAF's ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for a Business Partner Aftersales In the Revenue Generation SACU department.



Minimum Requirements
  • Qualified Technician in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent industry qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an Aftersales operation at a dealership or OEM (Original Equipment Manufucture) level
  • Knowledge and understanding of the LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) and CV (Commercial Vehicle) sectors 
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office applications
  • Able to interact with all levels of people internally and externally. In addition, must be able to operate in a diversified cultural environment  
  • Fair and consistent application / implementation of set policies and procedures 
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team 
  • Target driven and action/goal oriented 
  • Analytical, Leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management 
  • Technical problem solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Valid travel passport 
  • Willingness to travel
