Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Maitland. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing stock and inventory control, and ensuring smooth operations management. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure production standards are met

  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Ensure accurate stock management

  • Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes

  • Ensure timely Deliveries and smooth operations in the warehouse

  • Collaborate with the Account managers, sales and customer service teams for operational alignments

  • Control

  • Oversee and coordinate the systematic and accurate placement of received stock into designated storage locations

  • Ensure timely and correct handling and labelling of stock.

  • Manager the packer to ensure that all orders are picked and packed on time.

  • Assist with picking packing and allocation of stock.

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of inventory related exceptions e.g mispacks, missing items, damages

  • Design and implement inventory control systems to support rapid warehouse growth and space utilization strategies.

  • Ensure that the warehouse is clean and always organised

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse management experience

  • Strong leadership and clear communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physically fit and able to lift weights

  • Experience with stock inventory management systems(we are willing to introduce a new system)

  • Experience in the promo industry preferred but not required.

  • Must be familiar with PPEs Corporate wear and Promotional items

  • Must be a team player and self-motivated

  • Strong Organisational and planning skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
