Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting.
  • Qualifying leads and converting them into sales.
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for Boleng's HVAC & R services.
  • Develop a USP
  • Sets marketing and sales schedules and coordinates to implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including cold calling, social media platforms, and personal visits.
  • Track sales data and work toward achieving set sales targets

  • Analyse trends, data, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

  • Creates and presents regular performance reports.

  • Travel to exhibitions and to meet clients as and when required.
  • Liaise with existing and potential clients daily.
  • Develop and manage a client satisfaction survey.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis.
