EcoSolutions Projects Management (Pty) Ltd has established a new, advanced manufacturing facility specializing in energy-efficient LED lighting, smart energy meters, and water meters.

We are expanding our technical team and are looking for skilled and motivated Production / Assembly / Testing Technicians to join us.

Key Responsibilities


• Assembly of electronic circuits, PCB modules and wiring harnesses


• Soldering (SMD & through-hole) and component placement


• Conducting end-of-line (EOL) testing


• Firmware loading, programming & calibration


• Troubleshooting, diagnostics & quality checks


• Completing documentation, maintaining records & following SOPs


• Supporting production lines and meeting daily targets

Preferred Qualifications


• Electronics Mechanic / Electrician / Instrument Technician / Millright


• Technical certificate or diploma in:

– Electrical Engineering

– Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

– Instrumentation Technology

– Mechatronics


• B.Tech / B.Eng in Electrical or Electronics (advantageous)

Skills Required


• 1–3 years' experience in lighting or meter manufacturing (advantageous)


• Ability to read & edit PCB diagrams


• Strong understanding of electronic components


• Ability to read BOM lists and follow technical instructions


• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
