Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Agent to join our sales team. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating with our logistics operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare and present quotations and pricing based on client needs
  • Follow up on leads, conduct client meetings (in person or virtually).
  • Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage & handle our COD Debtors Book.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CSA, preferably in the logistics or transport sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Language: Fluent in English
