Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients to support business development efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and sales team members to arrange appointments that accommodate availability and priorities.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling systems to optimize booking efficiency and avoid conflicts.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary details.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of booking information.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of appointments and client interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
