We're seeking a creative and experienced Mid-Level Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning experiences for our Incubeta employees across various departments and levels. You'll be instrumental in supporting our continuous growth initiatives, ensuring our teams have the tools and expertise to excel in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to translate complex marketing concepts into clear, digestible, and impactful learning solutions that truly resonate with our internal audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Design & Strategy:
    • Apply proven instructional design methodologies to create learning solutions that address specific business needs and learning objectives to ensure behaviour change and skills activation.
    • Collaborate closely with SMEs from various teams to identify skills gaps and learning requirements.
    • Develop comprehensive planning and design documents, including program outline, activation plan, storyboards, and scripts for a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, labs / workshops, blended learning, and instructor-led training.
    • Design meaningful formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Content Creation & Development:
    • Develop high-quality learning assets, using authoring tools such as Genially and Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, including interactive e-learning modules, engaging videos, practical handbooks, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks for internal and external training.
    • Transform technical concepts into understandable, actionable content.
    • Develop pathways containing relevant content on LinkedIn Learning to address various skill gaps, onboarding and learning needs.
    • Ensure all learning materials align with Incubeta's learning methodology, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and the latest instructional best practices.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    • Manage multiple learning projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders, including departmental leads, trainers, and other People & Culture team members.
    • Gather and integrate feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve learning offerings.
  • Learning Technology & Innovation:
    • Utilize our Linkedin Learning Solution to administer and curate content, deploy, manage, and track learning content and learner progress.
    • Make meaningful use of AI in various facets of daily work, including planning, content creation, and reporting.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in learning and development and propose innovative approaches to enhance our internal learning ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design and learning content development.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your instructional design work.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding and application of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Genially and Articulate360.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Experience curating content in LinkedIn Learning or external content library.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills, managing priorities & deadlines.
  • A collaborative ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Keen attention to detail to produce quality, impactful learning experiences.
