Handle full-spectrum Lisp investment administration

  • Daily & monthly duties
  • Maintaining & managing Fund Allocations
  • Maintenance of Member Data
  • To identify and loading any changes on the fund and preparing or the checking of the documents (rates, fees or expenses)
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Support smooth operational processes within the investment team.
  • Processing of various types of claims (inclusive of bulk transfers where applicable) for all AF Invest products
  • The completion and checking of Administration Reports (where applicable)
  • Daily liaising and interacting with external & internal financial service providers.
  • Providing timely feedback to advisors and clients.
  • Clear emails and queries daily.
  • Oversee tax directives applications and liaise with trustees and principal officers.
  • Provide support for audits and handle unallocated queries.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and ensure efficient process tracking.
  • Prepare information for the financial year end of your funds (where applicable)
  • To check and act upon all risk reports (where applicable)
  • From time to time, you may be required to perform other related duties and functions that may be reasonably expected of you given your position and the operational requirements of the Company

Education and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Finance related qualification/certifications, i.e. Retirement Fund administration
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of lisp admin (2-3 years)
  • Practical work experience in dealing with financial products and procedures (2-3 years)
