We are seeking an individual who approaches every task with purpose, pride, and attention to detail. As a
Stores Assistant and Driver
, you will form an essential part of the operational backbone that ensures our warehouse and logistics functions run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires reliability, focus, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Availability to work early morning or late evening shifts on a rotational basis.
  • A valid South African Code 10 Driver's License.
  • A Forklift License will be advantageous.
  • Must reside in Parklands, Table View, or surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the warehouse in accordance with operational schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain control over all stock movements with accuracy and accountability.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and ensure the integrity of inventory records.
  • Safely load and offload company vehicles and delivery trucks.
  • Uphold strict health and safety standards for staff, equipment, and stock.
  • Assist in daily warehouse operations and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Allocate stock accurately according to stock requests within the consignment warehouse.
  • Perform general store duties as required to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.
  • Collect and transport goods safely and efficiently to various locations as required.
  • Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained, and comply with company and legal standards.
  • Complete all delivery and collection documentation accurately and on time.
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations at all times.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with loading and offloading when required.
