You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
:
- Market Development
:Identify and follow major infrastructure, mining, and construction projects in Africa.Build cooperative relationships with governments, industry associations, and international financial institutions. - Key Account Management
: Develop and implement account development plans, building multi-level client relationships.Provide integrated solutions (equipment + financing + after-sales service) based on client needs. - Project Management
:Manage the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to ensure delivery and service execution.
Qualifications:
Education & Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Working Experience:
3+ years of sales experience in Komatsu Ltd or Caterpillar Inc.,with Africa or international market experience preferred.
Professional Competencies:
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery and African market dynamics.Expertise in key account sales and project management.Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.Familiar with financing tools (export credit, leasing, etc.).

Strategic insight and market analysis ability.Strong relationship-building and influence at senior levels.High adaptability, resilience, and learning ability.

Self-driven with strong result orientation.High integrity and sense of responsibility.Flexible and adaptable to uncertainty and complexity.
