  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business unit managers to align proposals and solutions with client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure, including contracts and pricing negotiations.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies in collaboration with marketing.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience selling software development and related services to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred:
  • Established network and sales experience in Gauteng (Johannesburg, Midrand, and Pretoria).
  • Creative approach to meeting customer needs.
