We are seeking a highly skilled and confident SAP FI Lead to join our SAP S/4HANA implementation team.

This role is focused on the transition from ECC6 to S/4HANA and requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with business stakeholders, run workshops, and document the current ("As-Is") processes in detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating client-facing sessions, understanding the client's financial processes, and ensuring accurate documentation that will serve as a foundation for future "To-Be" process mapping aligned with the S/4HANA template.

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI, including implementation, configuration, and process analysis.
  • Proven experience working on at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion project from ECC6.
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to independently lead client discussions and drive outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI module and integration points with CO and other SAP modules.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting "As-Is" process documentation sessions and gathering business requirements.
  • Experience working with multinational or complex client environments.
  • Ability to deal with challenging clients while maintaining professionalism and driving project objectives.
  • Skilled in preparing high-quality functional documentation.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and run workshops, manage schedules, and follow up effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Celonis skills highly advantageous

Requirements

  • SAP FI Certification is preferred.
  • S/4HANA Financial Accounting Associate certification is highly advantageous.
  • PMP or similar project-related certifications are a plus.
  • Must be able to independently lead and conduct client workshops.
  • Must have hands-on experience documenting "As-Is" financial processes in ECC6.
  • Must possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle pressure, difficult conversations, and navigate through client resistance to achieve project goals.
  • Must be available to join within a short notice period (30 Days)
