About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support and enhance our enterprise analytics landscape. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SAP Datasphere SQL modeling, data integration, and SAC reporting and planning.

You'll work closely with both business and functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, SCM) to deliver insightful analytics and planning solutions that empower better decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize data models and data flows in SAP Datasphere.
• Build complex SQL-based data views, joins, and calculated measures for analytics and planning integration.
• Design and implement SAC reports, dashboards, and stories using advanced visualization techniques.
• Develop and maintain SAC Planning Models, including:
• Data Actions for automated calculations and allocations.
• Value Driver Trees (VDTs) for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Predictive Forecasting and Smart Insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Version Management and input-ready planning layouts.
• Integrate SAC with Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA data sources.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within SAC.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and meaningful insights.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning across analytics environments.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or BW/4HANA) including:
• SQL-based data modeling, joins, filters, and transformations.
• Data Flow design and performance optimization.
• Integration with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Strong command of SQL and HANA SQL scripting concepts.
• Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including:
• Planning Model configuration and integration.
• Value Driver Trees, Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, and Predictive Planning.
• Story design, input templates, and linked analysis.
• Functional understanding of key SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, and SCM.
• Ability to interpret SAP tables and relationships for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with S/4HANA, CDS Views, or Embedded Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP Datasphere or SAC certification preferred.
• Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
• Hands-on experience in support or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager, Transport Management, or Landscape Monitoring tools is advantageous.
