Role Overview

The Recruiter will source, assess, and match high-quality remote talent with our portfolio of US-based clients, ranging from early-stage startups to SMBs and enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions, and partnering closely with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Proactively source remote candidates through job boards, social platforms, communities, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles (e.g., operations, administrative, customer support, technical or specialist roles, depending on focus).
  • Nurture relationships with high-potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct structured phone/video screens to assess skills, experience, communication, and culture fit.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and portfolios, and align profiles with specific client requirements.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews, including role briefings, expectation-setting, and interview coaching.

Matching & Stakeholder Management

  • Match qualified candidates to open roles across startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and feedback.
  • Present shortlists to clients and manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM across all roles and candidates.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, candidate satisfaction).
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams on search progress, challenges, and market insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in an agency, RPO, or high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for US-based roles and working with US clients is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience sourcing and placing remote talent across different levels and functions.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for startups and fast-growing tech companies.
  • Background in specific verticals (e.g., executive support, operations, customer success, marketing, or technical roles).
  • Prior experience with marketplace or staffing platform businesses.
