Responsible for designing end‑to‑end digital experiencesthat combine strong user‑experience principles with visually compelling, brand‑aligneddesign across all digital channels. Background• We are sourcing for highly specialised, deeply skilleddesigner with strong craft• Candidate must have demonstrable experience in the designof consumer facing native mobile apps.• Experience in airline and e -commerce ecosystems with be agreat advantage• Work is deeply embedded in the world of AI, native apppatterns, technical systems, and complexdesign flows.• Experience with working on large international brands is amust• Ability to work within design processes, high -feedbackenvironments, and global quality expectations.• Strong collaboration skills with tolerance forlarge -organisation• Team culture is extremely high -performance, with highdesign standards looking for world -classtalent who is obsessed with beautiful design and areenergised by creative excellence• It will be hybrid delivery. Teams will be based locallywith occasional travel to KSA alternated with theclient travelling to South Africa ResponsibilitiesShape the conceptual experience and visual direction to deliver a world‑class, differentiated brand experienceDesign end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for multiple MVPs and digital productsDevelop high‑quality visual designs for web and native mobile interfaces that reflect brand identity and design system guidelinesTranslate complex concepts into intuitive, elegant experiences that balance business, user, and technical needsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX researchers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignmentSupport usability testing, gather insights, and refine designs based on feedback and dataContribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries across productsEnsure all designs are pixel‑perfect, accessible, and aligned with usability best practicesEngage with clients and stakeholders to align on design direction and decisionsEnable and coach teams on UX and visual design best practices to enhance design maturityEnsure visual and experiential coherence across all digital touchpoints and assets RequirementsSkillsStrong visual design, typography, and layout skills with exceptional attention to detailDeep understanding of human‑centered design principles and design thinkingStrong experience designing consumer‑facing digital products with both UX and UI ownershipAbility to interpret and apply brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiencesProficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principlesExcellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skillsAbility to simplify complex concepts and requirements into clear, intuitive experiencesComfortable working in fast‑paced and multi‑disciplinary environmentsExperience12+ years
