Looking for your next step in finance? This role is designed for a hands-on Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant who is ready to take ownership and add value in an established international company based in the Southern Suburbs. If you have completed your 3-year National Diploma in Financial Management or BCom degree through a reputable institution, and you bring 2-3 years of solid commercial experience, you'll fit right in. What sets you apart is your ability to work independently, roll up your sleeves, and deliver accurate results. A strong background in creditors is essential; you'll be the go-to-person to keep things running smoothly. Interested in this role? Send in your application as soon as possible.

Accurately record, process and reconcile all AP transactions
Ensure suppliers are paid on time
Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding amounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Ensure supporting documentation is properly filed and accessible
Perform regular bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations to safeguard accurate cash flow
Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, reconciliations and supporting schedules for management review
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals
Monitor creditor accounts and proactively resolve queries or discrepancies with suppliers
Assist in maintaining compliance with internal controls and company financial policies
Provide ad hoc financial support to management

Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of senior bookkeeping experience
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience obtained in a fast-paced, high-volume environment would be highly beneficial
Strong creditors' background would be highly advantageous

Qualification:
Completed Finance or Accounting degree/diploma
Completed Matric (Grade 12)
