What You'll Do

Be the Strategic Engine
Develop integrated marketing strategies that balance creativity with commercial results.
Understand how each channel (Meta, TikTok, PR, omni-channel and experiential) works together to form a powerful whole. Use insights, trends, and performance data to refine strategies and ensure campaigns stay relevant and effective.

Lead & Inspire External Agencies
Work closely with PR, social media, creative, and paid media agencies — becoming the strategic driver that keeps all parties aligned with brand intent.
Brief agencies with clarity, creativity, and purpose; guide them to deliver work that reflects the brand's vision.
Maintain high standards of output, ensuring every asset contributes to building community, desirability, and brand equity.

Champion Digital Excellence
Oversee digital ecosystems ensuring content and paid media amplify the brand in fresh, culturally relevant ways.
Analyse performance reports, translate insights into action, and continually optimise strategies to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.
Identify opportunities for digital storytelling, community building, and creator partnerships.

Build Community & Cultural Connection
Cultivate brand love and loyalty by developing strategies that turn consumers into advocates.
Work with PR and influencer partners to ensure the brand enters the right conversations, spaces, and cultural moments.
Contribute to launch events, activations, and sampling campaigns that elevate the consumer experience.

Work directly with the co-founder to translate bold ideas into executable strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, operations, design, sales, and retail teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
