SAP Trainer

The SAP Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure users are proficient in SAP systems. This role supports SAP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing user education across various modules such as MM, SD, FICO, HR, and more. Training Delivery: Conduct instructor -led training (ILT) sessions in -person or virtually. Facilitate hands -on lab sessions and workshops for end -users and super users. Provide one -on -one coaching and post -go -live support (Hypercare) . Content Development: Develop training materials including manuals, quick reference guides, e -learning modules, and exercises. Customize content to align with business processes and user roles . Needs Assessment & Planning: Collaborate with business units and project teams to assess training needs. Design training plans and schedules based on deployment timelines and user readiness . System Familiarity: Build and manage training environments (SAP clients) with relevant data and scenarios. Stay updated on SAP enhancements and incorporate changes into training content . Evaluation & Improvement: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback and system updates. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field. –5+ years of experience in SAP training or as a power user. SAP certification (module -specific or general) is a plus. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or SuccessFactors is advantageous Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP training tools (e.g., Enable Now, uPerform). Strong organizational and time management skills.
