Lead end-user training activities
- Train on new system functionalities and business processes
- Work closely with the Training team to develop the material
- Work closely with the Functional Team to understand the solution
- Understand the processes and SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO system or new functionality
- Understand the processes and SAP S/4 HANA SCM system changes or new functionality
- Upskill and Train the testers for UAT
- Train end user training for SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO and SAP S/4 HANA SCM
- Assist end-users to understand different system transactions
- Assist end-users to understand how to use the S/4 HANA FIORI apps to access transactions
- Worked with other functional Subject Matter Experts
- Comfortable to train virtually using MS Teams

**Experience**:

- Experience with SAP FI/C0 S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management and advantage
- Experience with SAP SCM S/4 HANA Warehouse Management and Materials Management an advantage
- 4+ years SAP Training experience classroom & virtual via MS Teams
- 5-6 years SAP Training Development experience (FICO and SCM)
- 3 Full life cycle SAP Implementation Projects specifically SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP Enable Now (SEN experience)
- Microsoft Teams experience
- Microsoft Power Point experience
- Mining experience would be an added advantage
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
- Excellent active listening skills.
