A leading consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Financial Manager with 5–7 years' experience to lead and manage the finance function. Our company provides expert advisory services to a range of industries and is committed to delivering innovative solutions and sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
  • Oversee the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage client billing, project-based financial management, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
  • Professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in financial management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
