Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a detail -oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly wages accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Process and administer weekly wages for all employees.Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely submissions.Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare and submit statutory payments and reports (e.g. PAYE, UIF, SDL).Ensure compliance with company policies, SARS, and Bargaining Council regulations.Liaise with HR and Finance teams to support payroll -related reporting.Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Requirements Proven experience in processing weekly wages.Proficient in SAGE 300 (essential).Experience with Bargaining Council payroll processes (advantageous).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and problem -solving skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
