This role is based at Amandelbult Mine, Thabazimbi, South Africa.

Job Description
Come and join us as part of Valterra Platinum. The Amandelbult Complex is hereby inviting applications for an internship programme designed to help applicants gain the necessary work experience in their respective fields.
Preference will be given to relevant applications from host communities, employees' beneficiaries and applicants with disabilities.
The programme will run for a period of 12 months.
Host Community Clusters: Baphalane Ba Mantserre, Bakgatla Ba Kgafela, Baphalane Ba Ramokoka, Thabazimbi & Moses Kotane Municipality
Beneficiary
Family member which is financially dependent on the employee. Beneficiaries need to be registered with the pension / provident fund and recorded on the employee information system (Navigator+) these are usually a spouse, partner, children, parents, brothers, and sisters with the same surname. In the event that the surname is different, an affidavit must be provided.

Qualifications
The following are the minimum entry requirements into the programme:

  • Graduated in National Diploma or Advanced Diploma/Bachelor/BTech/Honours Degree/Degree in:

  • Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development / Labour Law/ Labour Relations/ Employment Relations

Additional Information

  • Candidate will be expected to undergo a Medical Fitness Test and Assessments
