Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a role with genuine international exposure and daily interaction with senior leaders across multiple regions? This hybrid opportunity, based in South Africa and aligned to UK working hours, offers the chance to support a Managing Director with a global remit while working closely with teams in India, Malaysia, South Africa, and Saudi Arabia. You will work a hybrid working pattern with regular visits to our Cape Town office to collaborate with our small, friendly team.
You will join The Management Recruitment Group (MRG), a specialist search consultancy operating across real estate, development, and infrastructure. As part of our international platform, you will help ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and high quality coordination across time zones. It is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at balancing complex diaries, international scheduling, and a broad mix of operational and administrative responsibilities.
Acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Director of our International business, you will manage calendars, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, inboxes, and sensitive administrative requests. You will also support cross-regional communication, assist with operational tasks, prepare branded materials, and contribute to a consistent, professional workflow across multiple offices. To succeed, you will need at least 3 years of proven EA experience supporting senior leaders, excellent organisation, strong written communication skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities independently.
