Microsoft D365 Data Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft D365 Data Specialist 6-8 Months Contract to support end-to-end data processes for our D365 implementations and integrations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality data flows across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support data activities across Microsoft D365 implementation projects.

· Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and ETL processes between D365 and banking systems.

· Clean, validate, and transform data to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate closely with D365 functional/technical teams, BI developers, and business SMEs.

· Build dashboards and insights using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.

· Ensure strong data governance, metadata management, and adherence to banking compliance standards.

· Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring integrity across all D365 modules.

Experience

· Microsoft D365 implementations is essential (Finance, Operations, or CE).

· 5+ years experience in data engineering, data analytics, BI, or data management roles.

· Strong SQL expertise and proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, etc.).

· Experience working with banking datasets (GL, lending, customer data, payments) is highly advantageous.

· Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and integration frameworks.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications

· Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

· Microsoft certifications in D365, Azure, or Power BI are a significant advantage.
