About the Role:
Anslow Management Consultants (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Chairman on a part-time basis, once a week. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Chairman and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Applicants must live within close proximity to Ferndale, Randburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparing documents with accuracy
- Managing correspondence and emails
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
- Supporting the Chairman in prioritising tasks and deadlines
Key Competencies and Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and discretion
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
