What You'll Do

Focus Area

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics across a portfolio of local & international accounts.
  • Flag risks early, propose solutions, and keep the team accountable for on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
  • Own project documentation: briefs, status reports, post‑mortems so nothing falls through the cracks.

Team Coordination

  • Schedule and facilitate kick‑offs, stand‑ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Liaise with strategy, media, data, and creative pods to secure resources and keep workloads balanced.
  • Ensure assets flow smoothly between internal teams, freelancers, and third‑party vendors.

Process & Systems

  • Maintain our project boards and time‑tracking tools, guaranteeing every task has an owner and a deadline.
  • Help refine workflows so we're always working smarter, not harder.

Client Support

  • Build a deep understanding of each client's brand, KPIs, and pain points.
  • Deliver clear, confident comms: agendas, recaps, and weekly status updates that make clients feel in the loop, and at ease.
  • Surface upsell opportunities or optimisation ideas to the account lead.
  • What You Need to Succeed

Experience
: 3+ years in a digital agency or fast‑moving marketing team (internships count).

Education
: Diploma or degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar.

Toolset
: Comfortable with project‑management software (e.g., ) and G‑Suite; bonus points for basic GA4 or ad‑platform familiarity.
