Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external events from planning to post-event review.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee venue setup and breakdown, including décor and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and stock.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with Tsebo's SHEQ standards.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organisational ability, excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, and financial administration skills.

Attributes:

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Qualifications

Education:

Grade 12 (mandatory); Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality preferred.

Experience:

2–3 years in corporate event coordination.
