About the Role

Were looking for a curious, motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong design ability while learning the strategic side of branding and marketing.

Youll work across multiple entities, supporting digital, print, brand systems, and campaign creative. Expect hands-on design work, structured feedback, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into broader brand and marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Design & Production

• Create high-quality graphics for digital (social media, web, email) and print (posters, brochures, presentations).
• Design and refine brand assets, marketing materials, and internal communication pieces.
• Build and maintain presentation decks, brochures, and social media templates.
• Assist with UI asset creation, wireframe polish, and simple Figma-based layouts.
• Adapt, roll out, and maintain brand systems across multiple brands.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with marketing leads on campaign creative, messaging alignment, and concept development.
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to brand direction and marketing strategy.
• Maintain organised design systems, folders, and asset libraries.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

Design Skills & Knowledge

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals.
• Ability to take a brief, ask clarifying questions, and translate requirements into effective design.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, clean, modern work.

Software Proficiency
You must be competent and comfortable working in:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (daily use)
• Figma: basic layout, components, asset export
• Canva: brand kit usage, template customisation

Portfolio

• A portfolio (PDF or website) showcasing thoughtful, modern, well-crafted design work. Academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

These are not required but will be an advantage:

• Basic motion graphics or simple video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut).
• Photography, content capture, or simple retouching.
• Exposure to UX/UI principles (wireframes, components, responsive design).
• Experience creating social media content or adapting designs to multiple platforms.
• Interest in branding, messaging, consumer psychology, and campaign thinking.
