Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk to join our team on-site at our office in Stellenbosch. The Administrative Clerk will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include providing clerical support, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and supporting the executive team with administrative duties when needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and correspondence effectively
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professionalism in interpersonal interactions
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
