with our client in the banking sector

We are looking for an
AI Engineer
to take the helm of our client's Azure AI ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end journey—from architecting complex data pipelines to deploying secure, scalable models that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities include

  • Architect & Build:
    Design and implement robust AI solutions using the full Azure AI suite (OpenAI, AI Search, and Azure ML).
  • Own the Lifecycle:
    Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI products, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and compliant.
  • Integrate & Scale:
    Develop secure APIs, containerize workloads using
    AKS
    , and build seamless CI/CD pipelines to keep production moving.
  • Optimize:
    Take charge of observability and performance tuning. You'll make sure our AI workloads aren't just smart, but cost-effective and lightning fast.
  • Collaborate:
    Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting runbooks and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Technical Toolkit

  • Azure Mastery:
    Azure OpenAI Service, AI Studio, AI Search, and Machine Learning.
  • Data & Integration:
    Data Lake Storage, Synapse/Fabric, Data Factory, Event Hub, and API Management.
  • Infrastructure:
    Expertise in
    AKS
    , Azure Functions, and App Service. Strong IaC skills (
    Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
    ).
  • L
    anguages:
    Python
    is your native tongue. Bonus points for

  • AI Frameworks:

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years
    in Software/ML Engineering, with at least
    3 years
    specifically shipping AI solutions on Azure.
  • RAG Expert:
    You have a proven track record in RAG system design, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
  • Security-First:
    You understand secure integration patterns and Responsible AI principles.
  • Outcome-Driven:
    You prefer shipping code over endless ideation. You handle ambiguity with ease and lead through collaboration.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent high-level industry experience.
