JOB BRIEF
· We are looking to employ a talented and competitive Internal Sales who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Internal Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate must be comfortable making agreed targeted sales calls per day, working with the sales team and our partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client connects
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
· Maintain and expand our database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Build & manage your sales pipeline and close deals
· Maintain and nurture relationships with clients acquired – growing repeat profitable customers
· Develop a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate with customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Proven sales experience – minimum of 5 years
· Track record of over-achieving targets
· Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Must be fully computer literate across all MS applications
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Must be a team player
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – Office Based – Isando, Kempton Park
