Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a
Junior Conference Producer/Copywriter
. The role involves planning and coordinating conferences, conducting market research, content creation, speaker recruitment, and managing event logistics. Key responsibilities include identifying emerging industry trends, crafting persuasive and impactful copy, collaborating with speakers and stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of events.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Conference Production, Event Management, and Speaker Acquisition
  • Experience in Market Research to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and collaborators
  • Proficiency in project coordination and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the gaming or events industry is a plus
